RESPIRATORY: No issues.
CARDIAC: No issues.
IV: No issues.
HEMATOLOGY/ONCOLOGY: No issues.
METABOLIC/GASTROINTESTINAL: Ultrasound on admission was the only ultrasound obtained.
SEN: Patient was on D5 half-normal saline plus 20 mEq of KCl at 78 mL/hr throughout hospital admission. On hospital day 1, the patient was n.p.o. Hospital day 2, patient was on clears. Hospital days 3 and 4, patient was on a low-fat regular diet. Urine output was adequate throughout hospital stay. Patient was started on Creon 10 1 capsule t.i.d. with meals on hospital day 3.
