Sigmoid colon operation help needed - starstruck

Doing my first op report regarding a sigmoid colon resection. Does anyone know a site that would describe the anatomy in this area? I am hearing things that sound like "mobilizing white line of Toltol"and I am pretty sure it is only going to get more complicated. Help! Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give.

How about anatomy-specific word books? They are not that expensive. Also I just typed in white line of tol in the address box of the internet and it came up with the correct word right away; but if you are new, the books would be good

specific to body systems, and an surgical equipment/word book. These are worth the money. They are always running specials. A good reference book beats the internet any day.

I will definitely see about getting some reference books regarding anatomy. I've also come across a site that posts sample MT reports. I'm wondering how accurate these are...probably okay to give a person a jumping off point for googling a specific term.
