I was wondering if anyone uses Dragon Naturally Speaking Professional to manage their workload as an IC. I would like to be able to input my voicefiles into Dragon and have it produce a draft for me to edit (like at an MTSO). I need to be able to create the profiles without needing to "teach" it because I want to have a different profile for each doctor I have so it will be more accurate. I am wondering if the cost would be worth the time savings or not. I know it wasn't worth it when I was working for Nuance, but the doctors I have now on my own are pretty good. I am hoping I could teach Dragon and it would learn my doctors pretty well. Of course I would go through and listen to every dictation and proof so that my clients would still get error-free reports. I'm just not sure if it will be cost effect and time saving or not. Any thoughts?
TIA!
