tips on creating an online medical transcription resume?

I am a fairlly new graduate. I got a job right away, worked there for 3 months, and turned in my resignation last week. From the beginning there was no training, little communication and very little work. I did have my share of mistakes also. I'm now looking for another job. Should I put this job on my resume? I have no other transcription jobs on there and to me 3 months somewhere is better than no jobs. But I don't think they'll give me a good reference if they're contacted ...

I am updating my resume, and I am wondering if I should include Acute Care experience. I do multi-specialty clinic work and H&Ps, Discharge Summaries, Consults, etc. for various Veteran's Administration hospitals and clinics.
