Call-in Dictation System - Zusano

I have never used a call-in dictation system before, but one of the offices we transcribe for is requesting that I get a system. I have looked at several systems, Dial Dictate, DigItel, and others. I cannot understand the language and can't figure out how much it would actually cost and how it works, etc. I do not want to have to get extra phone land lines. I would like it to record into the computer. VoIP or something like that, I think. Can anyone point me anywhere where I might get an explanation of the different systems and how they work? A place where they explain it better than most? I saw the ad on here from unlimiteddictation.com, but that would cost 99/month, which translates to about 1200/year, which is too much. I truly do need the very basics on this. Thank you!

I have a DigiTel dictation system, and it has simply shut off without warning lately, which has happened several times. I reboot frequently, and there is plenty of room on the computer. I have a 4-line system, which is fairly new. I had to replace the last one, which was malfunctioning after just a few months. This seems to be software-related however. Hi there, I currently have a voip system in my office and it was working great for a year. Now no one can figure out why I have spotty dictation, talked to internet provider, voip provider, swapped out router, tech looked all around in the computer settings. I am pulling my hair out. Somehow I have gotten this virus on my laptop and when searching for ways to remove it on the internet (on my desktop), all the sites are either extremely comlicated or want you to download things in order to remove it. My New Grading System

It's simply unfair that MQ pays me the same same whether I do a normally dictated report, or one that is handicapped. Handicapped reports obviously take much more time to finish.
