While I want to see the POD system - sm

Fail in epic proportions, as it eventually will, looking at the mess made of the reports on MY main account makes me sick to my stomach.

I must be the minority. I actually was really against the POD system at first, but have learned to like the variety of all the different accounts in my POD. Thankfully I have not had to go outside of my POD that often, and have gotten used to most of the accounts, and in fact my line count has gone up because my old main account (which we lost at the end of the year) was a very difficult account with NO standard dictations. All of a sudden I have been exposed to many accounts with standards. It took until now to get used to all of them with all the craziness of the CPs but my line count has actually gone up because of this. However, I will never understand why they did not hold a POD conference call for all the MTS in the POD to trade useful information between each other about all the different accounts to help each other out. They could even do it week-by-week for each account and say, hey, if you want to learn about this account, check in at this time. I also like the variety, it keeps me awake and not bored. Okay go ahead and hate me now.

It drives me insane. Especially when the things they do wrong are explained in the CP and brought up every week by our PC. Things I know for a fact that my primary gets huffy about if not done. You can tell a lot of HDSs don't care anymore.

beyond repair. We let it go on far too long, the abuses. The lawsuit will help, but it is not enough, and it will take too long. I shouldn't be complaining about making minimum wage or less than minimum wage or be bullied into changing my timesheet. Somehow I have gotten this virus on my laptop and when searching for ways to remove it on the internet (on my desktop), all the sites are either extremely comlicated or want you to download things in order to remove it. The problem with downloading is that I can't even get to the internet on my laptop. It blocks anywhere I want to go but brings up constant pages of porn. My account was switched over 5 weeks ago and truthfully I don't see improvement. One day I think maybe it is getting better and the next day it's worse. It's simply unfair that MQ pays me the same same whether I do a normally dictated report, or one that is handicapped. Handicapped reports obviously take much more time to finish.
