System Down Pay - fedup

Did anyone work last night when the system went down for a bit? Has anyone heard if we will be paid for that lost hour or is it our responsibility to make this up also? It fries me as last night I HAD work and today I don't. What is the use of getting PTO if you can't let amount to anything so that you can take time off when you want or need to?

I would submit a request in writing to CCM - and maybe even escalate it

I would say in the e-mail that due to "Company System Malfunction," that you expect to be paid downtime for the 1 hour that you were out of work. Then, e-mail yourself a private copy of that e-mail as documentation.

My CCM adds tech time to my timecard every time the system goes down - kms

beyond repair. We let it go on far too long, the abuses. The lawsuit will help, but it is not enough, and it will take too long. I shouldn't be complaining about making minimum wage or less than minimum wage or be bullied into changing my timesheet. Somehow I have gotten this virus on my laptop and when searching for ways to remove it on the internet (on my desktop), all the sites are either extremely comlicated or want you to download things in order to remove it. The problem with downloading is that I can't even get to the internet on my laptop. It blocks anywhere I want to go but brings up constant pages of porn. My account was switched over 5 weeks ago and truthfully I don't see improvement. One day I think maybe it is getting better and the next day it's worse. It's simply unfair that MQ pays me the same same whether I do a normally dictated report, or one that is handicapped. Handicapped reports obviously take much more time to finish. Here's my new grading system for leaving markers. It's how I'm going to grade the documents that are necessary to include blanks in case they are thrown back at me for any reason.
