I can hardly sit here to work wondering how much money I'm going to lose from last week. Before: average 10,000 lines of VR/week @0.413 per line = $413 PLUS weekly incentive averaging $100+/week = $513/week which I can live with. Last week - noting how many reports were ripped by FIESA, figuring without QC/QA scores - 10,000 lines, now 5000 lines x 0.07 = 350.00 with no weekly incentive = I NEED A NEW JOB.

Please update us. Sounds like you were doing okay before all of this. - nm

I think they are going to lose a lot of MTs after - this coming payday....

They HAVE to know that. They cannot be that stupid. They know it's a pay cut for the majority, if not ALL. I think they LIED when they said 35% will get a raise. Although they COULD say that even if it were a 1 cent per day raise....but really....I hope they have tons of Indians ready to go.

I think they purposely made the pay plan this complicated so that most of the MTs wouldn't try to figure it out...that way they'd at least wait for the first one or two paychecks to bail. IMO !!!

on Nuance's part to get more of us to quit, so they can send more work to India. This is obviously all very well-calculated, because if we all quit, they do not have to do any lay-offs or pay UE. More reason to sell EMR to hospitals, more work going to India where they make pennies on our dollar, less overhead, and more money lining the pockets of the big wigs. Don't ya just love corporate America?

Corporate America will collapse someday. - I hope Im still around to watch.

Of all the MQ employees here scheduled to work on Saturdays, has anyone been approved to have off Christmas Day? I put in my request exactly 60 days ahead of time (since we can't do it before that) and have yet to hear anything. I read somewhere eons ago that approval (can't find it now) does not have to be given more than 7 days ahead. So, for Turkey Day, approval should have been given by yesteray. Approval for Xmas should be given by 12/18. ...
