Really Makes You Not Want To Work! - Fedup

I can't take much more! I didn't get a single bad report on FIESA for 2 weeks. Then they did that evaluation and wanted me to change my shift, being really nice to me. I changed my shift completely this past week. This week I get hit with 7 reports with numerous critical/major errors that I really do not remember doing at all. Then I get nasty emails because I had been an hour short last week and the importance of working all my hours during my scheduled shift, when I had been approved for 4 hours of PTO. It really makes me not want to work. I need to find something else! Sorry for the vent, but it just seemed a little suspicious that I had no FIESA "errors" until they knew I would agree to the new schedule.

The more I work, the more these baboons have a chance to ding me for "a" being left out of a sentence or being put in. Really? Really?

you got different QA people working at those times? Maybe that's why.

FIESA is going to drive all of us crazy.

I've noticed that the QA ID's were the same as the ones that gave me 100%. I really think they were just laying low until I agreed to this new terrible shift.

I totally agree with you. I agreed to help on an account I never trancribed before. Will never agree to do that again. got dinged on most of them.

shouldn't be held responsible for what MQ says. If MQ doesn't want the responsibility for correct reports, they shouldn't make the deals, instead of making deals and then underpaying MTs and putting all the responsibility on them.
