Nuance surely pays attorneys. I wonder if they know about - bad supes and HR covering for them?

Lawsuits have resulted in huge awards for mental distress, wage theft, doctored records, age and disability discrimination, creating an atmosphere of permissive bad behavior by not holding supervisors accountable along with the HR people covering for them, false advertizing, not being truthful with major contracted facilities, not bothering to be truthful with employees, lack of transparency in pay structures...anybody else know of anything I'm leaving out?

Oh, I get it, it would take a corporation that actually gives a crap about any of this to even ask questions, let alone do proper investigations and hold people accountable, so yeah, you have to wonder, too, about attorney competency!

The pay grid will eventually bring law suits. There - are too many variables and

does not afford every employee the same opportunity. The audits alone are a breaking point. Score is based on number of lines. Some are being audited on 150 line reports, some on small under 50 line reports. How does that put everyone at the same starting line? Simple, it does NOT.

I can think of 2 things you left out. Intimidation and threats. - Preventing coworkers from open

communication..let alone pitting one "tier" of employee against one another by encouraging cherry picking by those in other positions.

I thought you might be onto something, so checked the DOL website and a couple of others. In order to qualify as a hostile environment, you have to be a member of a protected class such as race, gender, age, all those things listed in the standard EOE statement which all businesses use. Unethical, yes, without a doubt. Unlawful, no. I'm sorry.

Oh, I forgot to add this, criminal intent does not have to be proven in civil - cases, only a preponderance of evidence.

I'm thinking there are literally thousands (by now) ex-Nuance and current employees that wouldn't mind telling their stories to a judge.

Women, African Americans, people of a certain age, and people with - disabilities are ALL protected classes.

Sorry right back atcha. Nuance messes with members of these protected classes every single day...they seem to believe they can get away with anything they want for as long as it is convenient for them to do so. I've got my stack of printed out emails ready so that whenever someone sues, I'm jumping right into that class action with an attorney prepared to depose everyone that has ever been in my chain of command.

Juries love printed out emails! Provided my house doesn't burn to the ground, they can stick around for a long, long time.

I personally know someone who works as a middle manager for Nuance, makes well over 50,000 and has had constant raises since being hired. I keep reading posts about companies that pay 5 or 6 cpl for VR but where are these companies posting their job ads? I have 13 years of experience as an MT and my hands are sore and ache with all of the straight typing. I would love to make 5 or 6 cpl for VR not 3 or 4 cpl for VR!!!!!! On a post below about SGS, an MT states that she is being paid minimum wage.
