Nuance changing pooling - AGAIN!!

Just got a notice that they are going to be changing our pools so they can stay in TAT on all accounts and that we will need to do T2k complete updates, templates, inserts, and of course check the AI sheets on all of them so we handle things correctly!!! OMG just when I thought it could not get any worse, surprise surprise!!!! I asked my TSM if we were getting paid for this and of course the answer is "no". I'm sure this is illegal and definitely a bunch of BS. Has anyone else received their new pooling yet? Can't wait to start all over once again - friggin makes me nuts!

It sounds like you are on Byndtxt. I was too. Instead of changing pooling I was transferred to a new platform to learn as new accounts are not going onto Byndtxt. Granted, the team I was on I had only been on for about 6 months and the team before that, roughly 9 months. If I change accounts again, then I will be turning in my notice.

on Byndtxt. Not sure if I will remain on that platform but if they change it to another one, I will definitely be quitting but not giving notice. I have some things lined up and this would seal the deal. Good luck to you.

There are many things I like about the new platform but the change takes time to make adjustments and as there is no longer a new account differential, it basically means that someone is likely to be making .07/line at least the first 2 weeks, especially when everything automatically goes to QA. In many ways, it does seem that the speech wreck is better about doctor names. I figure I am on my way out anyway. I have a target of quitting around the beginning of May.

My pooling was just changed recently. I was told my region was a test pilot for this new system. I was told I will have 1 primary, 3 secondary and 4 tertiary. Your primary will come in first. After that, the secondaries come through in order of TAT, and then the tertiary accounts. This is, again, another way to slow us down and reduce our accuracy. I have been looking for a new job since I was told this, and I think I have found one. I would strongly suggest to everyone else to do the same because there is no way you can make more than minimum wage with this joke of a company.

Like you said, anything to slow us down and pay us less. I hope the new job works out for you, cannot be worse than Nuance, that's for sure. I have a few lined up myself and can't wait to walk out of here.

..accounts, etc. That bit about "needing you" over on xyz accounT to stay in TAT? RIGHT...they dump off almost all "excess" work to other contracted MTSOs and India, anyway.

I always thought it was optional to spell out 1st, 2nd, or 3rd per AAMT BOS so now I will go look for it. I was switched to new accounts back in March, a group of long-term subacute hospitals with the same name and locations all over the country. HIGH HIGH ESL. I work for Medscribe right now and just had to take a pay cut (gasp)! I am seriously thinking about changing jobs but I have been here for 5 years and hate to lose my PTO accrual rate and great schedule. So, progressive part time anyone? Obviously, the PTO accrual (which is pretty pitiful even at full strength) is way less, but when you have to keep using all your PTO anyway to make up the paycheck and your lph goes down because of that, what's the point of that?
