Changing computers question

I have been applying and studying the "online transcription world" for about 2 months, so I realize I have am a neophyte. BUT-it seems to me that what is happening here is a huge waste of time and money. If the companies paid enough, ACTUALLY had work when they hire, were able to ACTUALLY pay the employees at all, and treated employees well, then the transcriptionists wouldn't go looking for another job and leave. Hi all, I purchased a new computer over Christmas with a very large screen due to having poor eyesight. Everything seems fine until I get into ChartScript, where everything is so very, very small. It is worse than with my smaller screen. I have to literally stand up and put my nose to the screen to make sure I have correct patient info in the demographics, etc. Any suggestions? In Office 2003 I save autocorrect entires with the first four initials of the docs last name containing their usual physical exam spiel or sometimes a sample of their entire report.
