New to Nuance...FIESA feedback - Nuance newbie

Okay so I just started and I have some reports arleady on FIESA.  Some of them are due to errors that I didn't know about because, after a myriad of requests, my TSM never sent me my account specifics.  I wrote that in the feedback section.

I know while in training this is no big deal, but right now my accuracy shows at around 98%.  I pride myself on my work, and these weren't my fault.  I tried clicking on the "reversal request" section but nothing happened.

Have any of you had successful reverals?  Is this not available to me right now perhaps because I'm training?

Incidentally, very disorganized group right now.  My payroll stuff is messed up, they have me as full time versus part time, my TSM is never available on Spark...they made me buy a new version of Word even though I was assured the one I had was just fine, and IT claimed my virus software wouldn't work, yet I'm using it just fine. 

Anyway, any feedback from you regarding the FIESA deal would be great.  I'm on the Escription platform if that helps any.

I have had successful reversal requests before, but your mileage may vary. If it is a legit error, they won't change it just because you didn't know the account specs.

Account specs can be found in FIESA. Log in and check under Institution Specifics.

Good luck with Nuance. Although I am sure you will grow to hate as much as we all do.

...this was for a correction I got because on a verbatim account the dictator requested specifically that I place something there, and they "corrected" it and informed me I should've changed it. Even though the account specifics and the TSM both say it's verbatim and that I had done the right thing.

I understand what you mean about them not fixing legit errors - don't expect them to. :) Just found a couple of questionable ones that I think they made an error on themselves.

I've found that once I've submitted the initial acknowledgement on the "error" that I then have to X out of that screen and re-pull the error report before the Reversal Request link becomes clickable. See if that works for you :)

Reports sent to QC. This is the case if you are on 100% review.

I had a successful reversal because it was a goofy doctor who spelled her name Kathrine and the "quality" person didn't look it up and I did. But this is very very rare. I just had a ding because the doctor said the patient had a long history of suicides I put a question mark and got dinged. Then there is the doctor who says we will optimize whatever the condition is because he thinks that's what English speaking doctors would say. I could go on and on. Nine out of 10 errors are the doctor's or quality's fault.

I work with the ambulatory team (ortho clinic notes). I have 2 exclusive dictators and 2 that are shared with a couple other MTs. I was originally with On~Time Transcription. We were acquired by Accentus, and Accentus was acquired by Nuance a short time later. I got feedback on a report today, CRITICAL FEEDBACK.  The doctor dictating was absolutely horrible, worse than horrible. I could not understand him, tried my hardest and before I uploaded it sent a note to QA asking for a sample of his work, explained that I could NOT UNDERSTAND HIM.  In reviewing the revisions, I don't agree with many of them.  I still don't hear what the QA inserted.  I dont' agree with it and I'm angry that it was returned to me with C ...

I'm so happy!  I got my audit, passed with flying colors and got an email from sup saying good work and keep it up!  He also suggested that I submit for a raise since I've been consistent.  I said I didn't know that we could, but apparently we can if we maintain that 98% average consistently for a certain amount of time.  I'm submitting my request as it has been over a year that I have maintained this.  Wow! learn something new every day with the Q!& ...

I started with MModal a month or so ago and I am noticing that MME feedback is not consistent.  One will cross out dictation in the document that another will leave (like service or surgeon or primary doc). Also,  "myself/himself/herself" should not be changed?   I have to admit that one was a shock.  It is just soooooo wrong.  ...

M-Modal Feedback

Would appreciate feedback from anyone using M-Modal, especially Webmedx Enterprise MTs. Dreading the conversion and wondering if my fears are well founded. I'm pretty fast straight typing but rarely get more than 50 lines more an hour with current VR. Seems all it takes is just one lousy report to negate the lines made on the decent reports. Afraid it's just going to be worse with M-Modal and the whole drop-down heading thing. Anyone have any encouragement to offer? ...
