After reading responses to a post I made last week, and then the many posts about FIESA over the weekend, a thought occurred to me.
Basically, FIESA is like they're giving us a "write up," or a warning, and that each time we sign our initials, we are signing that writeup. Not that they need or require a reason to let most of us go, but this is a perfect way to protect themselves. They won't allow us to write comments in those boxes. We get reprimanded if we do. Just our initials and "reviewed" or whatnot. That feels like a writeup to me!
And this is also ammunition to take to the DOL for our wages for them. Why would you give someone a raise who is constantly getting written up for failing to maintain required quality standards? You wouldn't.
And for those of us on Dictaphone, those who can't listen to our reports after they're submitted, it's even worse because when we contest and ask for our TSM to listen, we have to trust that they are listening and are actually on our side.
I don't know about you, but I don't like the idea of being forced to make and then tie the rope that will be use to hang me.
