Cherrypicking in QC - anonymous QC

I am thoroughly disgusted with the blatant cherrypicking going on in QC. It has always happened, on a certain platform that makes it very easy to do, but never this bad. The boss says evidence will be turned over to HR, but seems to be all talk as it continues unabated and those of us following the rules are getting the short end of the stick. If they can't enforce the rules then they should just make it every man for themselves, survival of the fittest.

Explain? Cherrypicking reports to QC or cherrypicking - Reports to type/edit.

QC now has to QA plus type/edit now right? Production based? So do you mean QC is cherrypicking reports to Correct/QA or reports to type/edit. My platform is "I" and I noticed QC took some reports but not very many. I figured they are pulling a couple here, a couple there, to type to subsidize the lack of reports going to QA??

I said cherrypicking in QC....QC people are cherrypicking QC jobs. We are not allowed to type at all unless there is so much work things are going out of TAT. And NO we do not QA....QA and QC are completely different entities as they always have been. QA is post audits, QC is predelivery. A lot of people seem to not understand the difference. I was venting about QC, nothing to do with typing/editing.

Yep, it has always been happening, and now it just out of control. Nothing has been done about it yet. Personal opinion: Some QCs have just that connection because they are so bold about it.

has her buddies. I come on early in the morning and see it happening all the time by those also trying to get a jump on lines before the business day starts and figure nobody is up watching. Tired of the stern warnings and then nothing is ever done about it. I've sent screen shots over and over and they must just go to junk mail. Typical Nuance protocol, the only thing they care about is just moving the work out as fast as possible.

You see cherry picking going on all the time that supposedly is impossible to do. I send screen shots and nothing. They don't care. As long as the work gets done, they don't care if you cheat, steal or what. They just don't care.

I'm really tired of it too. We're told to report it, but nothing ever happens to change it. I sent e-mails documenting the cancellations. I always did the reports that came to me, with up to 3-5 others having canceled out. However, I said I could no longer do that after the new pay on production. So, what happens next? We'll see.

I will start my day in eBeyondText with list of jobs, many of them good. Only problem, I no sooner begin working, when the good jobs vanish, op reports and procedure notes, and then ESLs from heck pop up. One after the other. Could be the same guy. I love it when I'm working and the job ID's keep going backwards, but only for the worst doctors on the account. How does my TSM not notice this? Of course, even if she did, I bet she'd only say, "Hey guys, remember, cherry picking is not allowed" and add in some clip art she found on the internet of a smiley faced cherry. Just the other day I was given better access to Fluency Manager. I used to only see US work in my region. Now, I can see it all. Anyway, I saw a stat job in the backlog that was almost going late and with the low amount of work, it really should have been typed by then. I have worked for several small and mid-sized MTSOs and have an opinion about cherrypickers. I will jumpstart things. I have been hired to start on a particular account or pod of accounts only to later be moved around a lot by the MTSO. I have been with my company for many years and have liked the account I am on until the past 3 months. Three months ago, they hired on 3 new MTs and now suddenly all the easy doctors disappear from the queue first, even if there are other reports out of TAT.
