Very similar to the old Better Me, Better We program (except that had much more attainable, tiered QA % levels, starting at 98%). I can only imagine being at 99.4% and not getting this. Wonder if QA is going to ramp up their nitpickiness even more now? And nice, new hurdle in terms of even getting any bonus with change from 15% QC submissions maximum to 10%.

I'd really rather work for higher wages (and shift differential) with reasonable QA and not ever have bonus again (which I haven't for the past 8 months anyway) than have to deal with constantly hating every moment of my job because I'm always thinking pre-emptively about QA rather than the way I used to about just trying to attain my highest quality.

Yeah I just checked my FIESA to see if there was anything there and I had one report that had 1 minor error (I failed to capitalize a sport) and it brought me to post audit score for that report of 98.3%. Oh well!! I didn't really get a big difference in the meeting to affect me at all but maybe the Transcend people will.

That's ridiculous, for a sport. I don't know if the higher-ups really have any idea how much Fiesa and QA insanity impacts our job satisfaction. It's one of my top 2 reasons for trying to find another job, along with NJA and having to move off my main account so much.

I ran an error report for all reports, all accounts on my platform for this quarter, 10/1 - 10/18. So far the Quality Index is 84% vs Quality Score 99.18%. Didn't they advertise this new error scoring as working out in our favor? Doesn't look like it to me. This is based on 2194 jobs and 105,358 lines audited on E5. I checked the box that says view all corrections on the correction report. ...

Thank you for my Q2 bonus, the first ever for me. However, I really could have used the money during the last 3 months. If divided up over those 3 months, I would not have had to borrow money for food. Please reconsider this punitive bonus plan you have. The money would be better served in my paychecks. slowly sinking here because my quality has always been 98-100 quality, years and years. Now, however, I am expected to maintain 99% quality, on a hideously difficult account, but I must also maintain my LPH. In other words, I have to listen to reports on the fastest speed I can to get my LPH yet maintain some form of quality. We used to get the monthly production bonus as a separate check on the 25th. I didn't get a separate check for this although I should have qualified. Paltry as it is, every little bit helps. I do see an "incentive bonus" on my regular paystub, but I'm not sure if this is from some past incentive I have since forgotten about or if they are now just putting the regular monthly bonus on one statement along with our regular pay. Have you found that it's getting less and less for the VERY SAME AMOUNT OF LINES? I got a smaller bonus (piddly as it is) this month for MORE lines than I produced a few months ago and got a larger bonus for. I know the bonus is pretty much based on some kind of whim and/or some computations that require a master's degree in mathematics to figure out, but it would sure be nice if they could be consistent.
