Once again, we aren't allowed to work on my account due to low volume. This is about the fifth time in the past week. I've only been with Landmark for 6 or 7 months and I'm really starting to regret taking a position there. It was great for the first few months, but then the work started disappearing. I used to FOR YEARS and years, just hit shift H and typed in cur and it spelled </CURRENT MEDICATIONS/> Now with this 6.1 upgrade, it spells out </CURRENT ALLERGIES/> and I am messing up big time with reports. I stopped doing transcription last year around this time and worked for Medquist. Now I'm trying to get back to work and have several tests to take. My problem is that I never had to worry about a medical spellcheck with Medquist and don't have one of my own on my computer and can't afford to buy one just now. I can't make money with VR and I know there has to be a way for me to work faster or something. I type so much faster than I do editing.
