schedule source conflicts - sm

Does anybody know what the conflicts number means when putting in for a day off in Schedule Source? I've been sick for 2 days, logged it into days off section in Schedule Source, CCM approved my time out but it still shows as requested and not approved in Schedule Source.

there are 2 other people with the same day requested. I would send an email and a separate note through schedule source letting your CCM know that you still do not see it having been approved. Hope you feel better.

The conflict number means the number of shifts you will be missing when you are off work. If you were out sick for 2 days then that means you missed 2 shifts. It does not necessarily mean that your PTO was not approved. I know it's confusing. Why they didn't just put in "Shifts missed" instead of conflicts is anybody's guess. I personally hate Schedule Source. I questioned my CTL about this this morning as I have put in for some time off at Christmas and I had the number 4 under conflicts as I was asking for 4 days off. She did tell me that mine was approved and she would be getting around to putting in the word "approved" under requests. Hope this helps.

Is ANYONE else having problems with SS/TW not showing the windows on left side of screen to go in and look at timesheets, collaboration or swap board. Whenever I go in to clock the first time for the day, then it is there, then when I go to clock out I have a blank white screen to the left. How do I correct an incorrect logoff time in schedule source (cable was down for 2 hours). I've searched MQCentral but only got a blank page under "policies." I've gone to timesheet, clicked on clock, highlighted the incorrect time, red-flagged it, but I don't know how to change the incorrect time.
