Is ANYONE else having problems with SS/TW not showing the windows on left side of screen to go in and look at timesheets, collaboration or swap board. Whenever I go in to clock the first time for the day, then it is there, then when I go to clock out I have a blank white screen to the left. It does not matter what I do, even shutting down my puter and going back in. It is taking my clock ins and outs, but if I wanted to use anything else on SS I cannot!!!! This is infuriating, and a constant problem for me. I have gotten ticket numbers, called my CCM and RTL. No one will respond, but CCM was nice and said it must be my internet connection. What??? This should not have any bearing on internet speed. It is a SS problem software. Please, am I the only one having this happen to them? Also today NJA and then new account I have never seen in the almost 20 years with this company. F5 will NOT pull up CP to see how to format. Residents and docs using no, I mean absolutely uniform dictating style.

URRRR!!!! And this on top of medication increase by doc that gave me a super severe reaction last night. i am just sick of everything....

in TW on the left side, can you see the menu under your name that says setup, availability, etc? If you click on one of those, it will open to the menu under it so you can use the other options. (Sorry if you already knew this...)

For the CP for the new account, if you were in DQM before looking up old reports, you have to click on "logout" and then close that window and hit F5 again. Then it should bring up the CP for you. If this doesn't work, I'm at a loss too! :-)

You see, that's the problem. I am NOT getting the menu on the left side at all to pick for setup and availability. I will get it sometimes (usually first thing next day on new shift). After that, blank white screen at left side. SO ANNOYING. I had a heated discussion with Tech Support over this. I guess he was the scapegoat in my continual runarounds I am getting over this. Thanks, I figured out the CP on my own. Why is there NEVER any full instructions on these new program features. Only makes for extreme slow down and loss of production because of the hoops and steps one has to go through to even do FTR (which, by the way, I always have done this FTR. No one should have to berate and threaten my life and financial success to keep my family solvent to do a proper job!!!)...

How do I correct an incorrect logoff time in schedule source (cable was down for 2 hours). I've searched MQCentral but only got a blank page under "policies." I've gone to timesheet, clicked on clock, highlighted the incorrect time, red-flagged it, but I don't know how to change the incorrect time. Maybe I should just leave a note in the box and CCM will fix it? Thanks guys! ...
