Does anyone other than me think that something is funny with this schedule source? I think some how it not counting times correctly. Anyone else have a problem with this?

[ In Reply To ..]I understand it rounds up or down the minute clocked in or out. I am finding it time-consuming to try to figure out the real time worked. Why does it have to give it in hundredths of a minute? If it's so exact, why can't it just count the minutes actually worked instead of having to round up or down?

They can tell when we're typing, anyway, so for now I'm just getting into DQS and once again dealing with a large, supposedly picky account with absolutely horrible soundfiles. Let's just say it's in the south, just like me. I'd like to keep up my skills, as the Alzheimer's thing runs in my family. Maybe I already have it.
My bosses are all really nice, and Tech is really good, though.
Does anyone else not like this "new & improved" mtstars?

[ In Reply To ..]It is a joke and I can see another lawsuit in the making. My time is not an accurate accounting of the hours versus days worked (always puts in time on the next day for hours worked over the midnight hour, I time travel ya know). This payperiod I am missing 2 hours because it put them on the last payperiod AFTER last payperiod was approved. I am told it is because I work over the midnight hour...so then fix it idiots. Rounding is not an accurate account of time worked and that is what got them into trouble before. I just keep my own record and don't worry about it anymore. Eventually it will get the attention of whatever government agency is monitoring them and possibly another lawsuit will ensue. If I knew who to call I would. If we were paid by the hour instead of line count I would be screaming really loud, but not worth the stress as I get paid by the line and my paychecks have been accurate.

How do I correct an incorrect logoff time in schedule source (cable was down for 2 hours). I've searched MQCentral but only got a blank page under "policies." I've gone to timesheet, clicked on clock, highlighted the incorrect time, red-flagged it, but I don't know how to change the incorrect time. Maybe I should just leave a note in the box and CCM will fix it? Thanks guys! ...

*great ideas* ever actually turn out to be something BETTER? They always hype their BS up and then it turns out to be a huge let down, waste of time, and nothing but a HUGE Pain the ARSE. Is ANYONE else having problems with SS/TW not showing the windows on left side of screen to go in and look at timesheets, collaboration or swap board.
