You should log off as your production as compared to hours worked will be decreased. Just note time DQS went down and when comes back up and send email to CCM. It will be added to your timesheet as downtime pay.

I'm pretty sure you don't have to have one for this situation as it is essentially across the board. Got email from my CCM stating he knew what was going on and would give us info. when he got it as he was also on hold to Tech Support. I doubt Tech Support is going to issue #s across the whole country for all of us. It's almost 2 o'clock here in CA and I'm still down with no further info from CCM.

Have you heard any info? Are you in SA5 and have O.P. as CCM? Where do you live?

Is ANYONE else having problems with SS/TW not showing the windows on left side of screen to go in and look at timesheets, collaboration or swap board.
