I hate schedule source. Why can't any of MQ's - kiki

*great ideas* ever actually turn out to be something BETTER? They always hype their BS up

and then it turns out to be a huge let down, waste of time, and nothing but a HUGE Pain the ARSE.

E-time sucked too, but this sucks EVEN MORE. They can't just leave bad enough alone.

And for the life of me I can't figure out where to see our PTO hours. That was easy in E-time. Can anyone tell me where to find this? I'd greatly appreciate it. I have a feeling I'll get a quicker answer here (even though it's 3:30 am) than I would emailing someone.......

I thought the purpose of this junk was so that we could swap hours with other employees. What a load!

On the left side of the screen, click on availability --- that shows you your PTO balance.... I didn't know either, had to ask supe awhile ago.

All their NEW AND IMPROVED programs are always more confusing and harder to figure out because they want us confused so they can pull their little tricks and its harder to catch them at it. Schedule Source is their way to make sure that they get every single second they think they are entitled to. As we all know, they treat the at-home MTS like dirt because they can. Anybody think all these rules apply to in office staff, I don't think so. Bet they get bathroom breaks w/o being penalized. Bet they are not required to make up time when their computers go down with an MQ problem, etc.

Just my thoughts!

PTO hours in Teamwork - MTr

Click on Timesheet, then click on the week in question. Go to the day or days you asked for PTO. If they have been added by your CTL, you will see "admin" instead of clock." Click on admin, and you will see how many hours PTO were added. Hope this helps.

I hate Schedule Source too. I preferred ETIME over Schedule Source because I guess I didn't know any better at the time I was employed. You can view your PTO hours by going to the Availability section and then clicking on Days Off. Once you get there you can see how much PTO you have banked up and of course it is on your pay check stub as well.

Is ANYONE else having problems with SS/TW not showing the windows on left side of screen to go in and look at timesheets, collaboration or swap board. Whenever I go in to clock the first time for the day, then it is there, then when I go to clock out I have a blank white screen to the left. How do I correct an incorrect logoff time in schedule source (cable was down for 2 hours). I've searched MQCentral but only got a blank page under "policies." I've gone to timesheet, clicked on clock, highlighted the incorrect time, red-flagged it, but I don't know how to change the incorrect time. Maybe I should just leave a note in the box and CCM will fix it? Thanks guys! ...
