Just for you know what and giggles, I did a status check on my area in DocQManage. I got a shcok when I saw that one of my accounts had 116 awaiting to be collected with 15 of those being late! That would never have happened before outsourcing to India! and there are a couple of other accounts whose waiting for collections are up. I have goggling about MT and India and lo and behold, the Indians are not very happy either. They're complaining about their low pay also! ...
