Why don't we all just call in sick today!!!!

Just wondering, do any of you call in sick from your at-home job, when you are sick, or do you just work through it? I never call in, as I feel it isn't really justified to call in, if I am already at home. I was so sick this past Saturday, literally typing a job or two, going and throwing up, then coming back and typing all while having a fever of 103. Got a call from Axolotl today about interviewing. Have heard good things in the past, but saw they were just acquired by another company. Any current employees with advice? Pay rates/platform? Is it straight MT or do they have VR also? Affordable benefits? Would appreciate any information. I am tired and frustrated from applying and sending out resumes only to be ignored. It is like a game with them, I think. MedGarde even has an interview which has absolutely nothing to do with your skills or qualifications. Here I am, getting shuffled around in the 'cesspool', a dozen unfamilar accounts. You have your decent accounts with just the basics. Then, you have the CPs that are a long as novels and, if you miss something, you will hear about it, the fact it is in the CP and you shouldn't make such a mistake. I already spend so much time reading CPs, that I then get warnings that my production has fallen. So much for a consistent layout of CPs. I have to hunt for desired PE format, etc... ...
