Who is responsible for putting reports in there? The same people that are dinging me for adding "a" or "the" in the wrong spot. You spelled the name of the retractor wrong!!! Maybe they should sign the reports so I can QA them

I was doing a report on a male patient. Looked at his past reports and his preoperative diagnosis was listed as "vaginal dehiscence." I couldn't believe it. Checked and double checked the patient. Even googled vaginal dehiscence to make sure I wasn't crazy. No one puts these reports into the repository, we edit them and in they go.

Those are added by the PC and are supposed to be double-checked and verified before they are put in there. I've found errors on reports in the Repository and notified the PC and she corrected them immediately.

I know they are very, very busy instructing us ad nausium on the 1 in 100 reports we didn't follow the Client Profile correctly, but what are they doing about the consistently bad dictators? I'm not talking about someone with an accent who is trying their best. I'm talking about the same dictators that have produced terrible quality reports for years that have audio issues on each and every report -- I have one that sounds like he is deep sea diving and it is with every single report, there are the low volume talkers, and I have one that has no accent, but have never been able to understand his dictations because of his almost maniacal speed. Why aren't they helping the MT with these problems. Why aren't they coming up with standards and reports in the repository and getting us hazard pay for typing these reports. Again, these situations, have been going on for years. I don't understand how the supervisors earn their keep at all, and lately I am wondering about the PC's also.

You all come on here and moan and groan and DO nothing. There is no one to stand up for at home workers but us. They know they have us, we cant organize anything from a computer, our positions can now be filled in no time if we quit, and in the meantime, they will call for OT and the good little minnions will jump all over it because they need the money. We are quite literally a dime a dozen, that's how much they ruined this field.

that we could notify the PC about errors in repository. I see errors all the time when researching the garbles. Most of the time it is a misspelling, and a lot of the time the reports look sloppy like too much comma use, random blank bullet points, inconsistent paragraph spacing, etc. I am starting to wonder if maybe the formatting gets wonky when it gets posted? It drives me nuts because I make sure every single one of my reports looks clean and spotless before sending it off.

I have been on these 2 horrendous accounts for over a year now and still nothing for reference anywhere. You would think when I send a report in with a kazillion blanks in there, that sooner or later one would end up in the repository. I am not new at this, these are just terrible dictators. ...

When I press CTRL+SHFT+F5 while I'm editing a job, a new window opens and it goes to the regular manager screen (where you check your statistics and QA feedback). I have over 15 years as an MT. I think I'm pretty darn good after all these years. Perfect? No. But darn good. Hello all! I just received an IC offer from Lee Perfect. I have checked the archives and cannot find any postings more recent than 2010. Anyone currently work for or recently worked for them in the past? Pros, cons? Only work part-time, few days a week, so this week got four jobs audited at 100% each four days in a row, so they keep going until they can find an error and, of course, one small word was found incorrect! I have never had 5 audits in one week. How discouraging this is, very sad and pathetic. ...
