So our CCM emails us saying when our work dries up there will be a certain account that we will help out on (as we have in the past). She apologizes, saying she knows this is a very "difficult account, but we need to leave as few QA markers as possible."
This just rubs me the wrong way. She's right--it's difficult alright--- but not in the way she is implying. She implies it's difficult because of the "difficult" terminology used in all the cardiac catheterizations....UM, NO - It's difficult because you cannot UNDERSTAND a word that comes out of their mushmouths, speedy ESLs, making no sense, crappy sound quality, etc. If we could actually HEAR what the hell they were saying, the terminology would be NO PROBLEM. That's why it irks me to the core with the CCM trying to make it sound like its OUR problem---the words are too hard for us...boo hoo....You don't know how bad I want to reply to that email with what I really think............
