Payment for ADT info - incensed

Does anyone else get paid for the info they enter in to ADT? I found out recently that we do not......

No ADT info, no cc's, no headings in the headings list, no number when using number list, and also we only get paid for one space after a period.

By the way... they cut all of this without even telling us! Nice hey?

Seriously, isn't there legal action that could be taken? A requirement to do our job right (99% accuracy) and yet do not get paid for it?

as I was rattling off all the issues I had, all I heard back was - silence. No comment at all. Actually kinda feel sorry for them on one hand, they have to know how bad it is and yet they want to keep their jobs - so they say nothing..... until their time comes!

I happen to have a fairly decent one no in that I never hear from her (literally). But in the past I had one who gave me every excuse in the book from spring break, to MDs were sick or MDs were on vacation or "snow birds" returning home, or overstaffed, etc., etc. as to why I kept getting NJA. This went on for 3-4 months and when it got to the point that I had work for 1-2 hours a day and I inquired of her about partial unemployment, she said hang on, hang on, the problem is that the account is on lock down because QA is behind on their audits and we are supposed to have a monthly audit and until that is done, I can't get you a back up account, etc. THAT went on for another 2 months and finally I got a call from her one afternoon sounding very stressed (and sheepish) saying that we "lost" the account (whether to India or another MTSO she did not say) and that I had 2 choices: Be switched to another account and start working nights and weekends or quit. Needless to say, i switched accounts, but that just goes to show that I think they are not honest with us on where this work is going. I have heard every excuse except that aliens have come down and stolen the work from MQ. I am however, expecting to hear that one some day too. I sympathize with the original poster of this thread because what she described happened to me too.

I too heard many excuses for months and months. It's to the point where I've had so many CCMS in a short period of time that I don't believe most of what any of them say anymore. My favorite excuse for NJA that I got once was "It's a slow time of year, you know, after the holidays" and this was 2 weeks after the "holidays."

I wish we could all "strike" and say we weren't going to complete those particular portions of the report if we are not paid for them. Too bad that we work in a virtual environment; if we were actually office employees, I am sure there would have been an uprising by now.......

to be perfect and need to read CP instructions re ADT but we don't get paid anything for this. If it is so important they SHOULD be paying us for it. I'm surprised it's legal they can do this. After all, it is part of our keystrokes and time and an extremely important part of the job. Only at MQ.

Yeah, seems that if we type it, it is a keystroke - and should be paid. But
