I received an ACH confirmation number but still have no payment. sm - Penniless Penny

Does anyone know what (if anything) I am supposed to do with this information? The MTSO has NEVER been on time paying me, so this is no big surprise (payment was due April 1), but supposedly the ACH payment was made 2 days ago and she gave me a confirmation number, but I'm not sure what that means to me other than the fact that once again I will go into another weekend unpaid. (sigh)

So did I receive conf. #. Called bank. No deposit pending as of 4:00 this evening.

I pay bills when I get paid, and when I do not get paid, I can't pay bills. The cycle of life. She is messing with my cycle of life. I think DOL and IRS should hear about this.

on mentioning the company here, that she must be planning on being late all of the time. After all, if you are paying on time, there would be nothing for people to complain about. I also checked out her sob story about having to file bankruptcy -- no filings listed under her name or her husband's name, so just add that to the stack of nontruths.

I'm kind of afraid to officially quit until I have all that she owes me. And, regardless of the gag order, if someone asks about her company, I will warn them about her. I have caught her in so many lies, it is unbelievable. I hope we get the money soon.

I wondered if everyone has received their W2s by now? I left MModal several months ago when I realized staying for the benefits was not worth the stress and LOW pay, but have yet to receive my W2. I also did not receive my final PTO pay but it was less than 100 dollars so did not pursue it other than a few emails (and yes, I gave 2 weeks' notice and worked all of that).
