What do you mean backup-- explain further??? - Work for every MT in BOB??

Occasionally we get the chance to help out on another account within the service area, not necessarily our own BOB:( It's not great, but it helps fill in the gap during slow times like this...might be only for an hour or so, never know.

Even so, is this work taken from MT in another BOB?? - may explain why NJA my area

just want work, because even slow at part-time job. Looking to get on for Xmas hire because I can't live off NJA messages. Also, hard to get on with other companies as soon as you say how long you've been working.

Can other MTs work in another BOB?? Thought - this ended already, even when NJA issue???

for 2+ months have NJA every other day - and do get jobs from other

BOB constantly after my CSM wakes up and assigns them to me which is usually 4-5 hours into my shift. BUT during the last 2+ months of NJA there also has been no work coming in at all as now, awaiting agin the 15 minutes before logging out with NJA. :)

Wonder how this affects other MTs in the BOB shipping out work. - Not in SA2 but lately getting NJA.

CSM? Who is that?

I believe the CCM cannot do this but it has to come from the area director/regional director and capacity planning.

We get to work on another account that is way behind. Our manager is always trying to find us work to do.

I am starting a new acct tomorrow. I sure hope I dont have to go through training. We never have been trained on the cesspool that we get, we just get new accts when our regular work is caught up, so why do we need training on a new account? That is ridiculous. MQ, please just let me work and make a living. Stop with all this changing CCMs and assigning new accts. This coming pay check I probably will have 2 days on it if that much. Geez.. ...

I'm on accts that do not allow any blanks at all through to the cliient. ALL blanks must go to QA. I haven't ever worked on an acct that would not even allow one blank to the client. Anyhow, might not would be so bad but the dictators are TERRIBLE! Many ESLs also. Combine no blanks allowed with terrible dictators = sending more to QA. That means docked pay if 5% or more. clearly dictates a sentence that makes absolutely no sense. Just sort of an open-ended sentence, not even a fragment? I'm trying so hard to keep the blanks down, which my % is really okay, but I'm finding more and more that these docs are just not making any sense and the mistakes are getting ridiculous!!! I was just wondering because I have worked for companies that basically encourage communication via email or IM amongst their MTs and then I have worked at companies that discourage communication with other MTs, there's only communication with your immediate supervisor and QA personnel. I was just wondering what everyone's preference is? The companies that discourage communication tend to give reasons such as one MT might become a pest and cause others to not get their work done ...

I'm sure a lot of you work on multiple accounts. I work on 3 different accounts. Right now I have my account specifics on my desktop, but this is aggravating to me. I think it would be easier to print them and put them in a binder to have easy access to them and put each hospital in its own tabbed section. I got switched to another acct (not my idea) and it has 24 pages of rules and I don't get paid training pay to learn this new acct. So I went from making 450 lines per hour to 160 lines per hour so in essence, making around $6.00 an hour and the QA's gripe when you don't spend your time looking up something through the 24 pages of new acct rules.
