Is anybody having trouble with using - Frustrated

Explorer 8 on Medquist computer? They sent me a new computer because the fan went out in the old one and the new one had Explorer 8 on it. Now anything internet-based such as DocQmanage (client profiles, etc.) the text has letters that are different colors, making it very hard to read, and tech support cannot figure out how to fix it. It seems to be related to Explorer 8 because I did not have this problem with Explorer 6 and everything else such as DocQscribe, PDF files, and word files are all fine. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

I upgraded to IE8 when it first came out. It really messed up DQS. When I called Support, the guy knew right away what my problem was - IE8. I was told that it was incompatable with DQS. Had to uninstall it and go back to the old version.

version behind whatever is new. I wait for MQ to give me the go ahead before I update it....a lot safer that way. I was using IE6 for the longest time. That was the best.

and called/e-mailed support. Was told to revert back to older version of IE and it was fixed. Calling support can be a real crap shoot.

the computers they send out if it is not compatible with their platform?!! Oh, wait a minute, this is MQ. The support guy did switch me back to IE6 and then Schedule Source was all screwed up and he said IE6 is not compatible with Schedule Source. Anyway, they are sending me a another replacement computer tomorrow and I will probably have the same problem. Oh well, at least I will be paid tech down time for the time I lose. What a waste of MQ money that could be given to the MTs. Instead of sending a new fan that I could put in myself on the old computer that worked just fine, they want to send me another new/refurbished computer.

All of the sudden, it is hung on the download screen. The box popped up saying "downloading job #xxxxxxxx. Getting job details." And then the log out button is below that. I recently accepted a position with a company because this company had supposedly obtained a huge account. After completing the paperwork, sending it back, training on the account and working for about 3 days, I was told that the account was lost. I always thought it was optional to spell out 1st, 2nd, or 3rd per AAMT BOS so now I will go look for it. I am so frustrated though because not only do I get paid less on ASR but it takes longer to do it! My accounts have to be put into standards and the dictators sure as heck do NOT dictate it that way!
