Does it seem that the ILPs are leaving blanks for anything and everything lately? I mean, most of the stuff is clear as day. Then it goes through 2 ILP QA and they can't get it either, although I have long since realized that the other levels of QA don't even look at the report but just send it on anyway.
After about a year of being trying to be super MME and fixing all the ILP errors in their report (usually 10-20+ per report), I decided I didn't care about it anymore and just filled in their blanks (I'm talking about non-100% here) and tried my best not to look anywhere around the blank in the likely chance that I catch a glaring error. After a few months, I decided that I'll check one and see if they are any better...34 errors, nearly all critical...missed words, wrong words...sentences that didn't make any sense whatsoever, like they didn't even fix ASR (which I would believe, except this was straight typing). This is ridiculous! Why are we held to 99.5% when they can't even form a proper sentence? One day I pray that these hospitals actually start looking at these reports and actually start caring more about accuracy rather than dollar signs. Okay, done venting.
