I don't believe the jobs will pick up after the HOLIDAY. - Why???

Because my 2 accounts are dictating the same amount as they have been 2-3 months ago when overtime was required. I can tell by going to COMP (completion) and this is not docqscribe.
In fact, the one hospital has had so many patients coming into the ER and are swamped with patients waiting in the waiting room for over 6 hours. Doctor stated this in his report and another doctor stated in his report that patients were leaving the waiting room and going to another hospital because of the long lines and waiting periods to be seen.
So that means there would be a lot of transcription/editing work to be done and overtime work heading our way. Guess what?? Never saw the overtime work like it was 2-3 months ago.
This company must have lost accounts and put more MTs on our accounts including mine. During Thanksgiving is when the work should have been overtime work, but instead I ended up with 3,000 lines for the whole pay period and no work on Thanksgiving or 2-3 days after.
I cannot even make 100 dollars on the last 2 paychecks. I'm not quitting either.

After Thanksgiving it is usually GI problems or stress problems.
Christmas time, it is usuall depression and suicide and stress related problems.

Dictators are saying in report "hospitals are full" - waiting to be seen is 6 hours long.

After browsing around in FIESA, I found what looks to be an instruction manual for the people who audit us and after looking at it, it sure does look like they can pick and choose which reports to audit, rather than randomly. I have also had the worst dictators audited more than the good ones. Of course it's easier to find a mistake that way and easier to keep our pay down! Here's the deal, I'm not saying I cherry pick every minute of my shift, but if I have done one after the other report of difficult dictators, then I will go in and assign myself 2 or 3 jobs to give myself a break.
