I can't get through 2 hours without some major technical issue that prevents me from completing a report. The support department is sorely lacking in helping. I left my "job" at N last fall and have now been with my new employer long enough to begin to have some complaints about how things are done/not done. I quit Nuance in April. I was apprehensive, but the patient safety compensation plan, where scoring 100% QA, but over 10% QC, droppping my pay week after week had taken its toll on me mentally.
