Just got an email from my HDSM - Coco

Got this email seconds ago:

"Hello Team,

I am hearing there are system issues. The help desk is working on the issue.

I will keep you updated on the issue. Please take a break at this time. I will provide an update in 15-30 minutes."

I clock out for the day at noon. I've already submitted a Remedy ticket. Should I just submit clock out for the day at this point?

I've seen them last three days - sm

and sometimes longer. The three day outage was very bad. Even after it was fixed, it went down multiple times for a couple of hours each time over the next few days.

I'd be fine with it lasting a few more hours until my shift is over ;) - nm

There were lots of jobs under system processing but nothing coming through? I'm seeing the same trend. My regular accounts have no work coming through but 40 to 50 jobs in system processing. I could use a crash today so I could get paid to take a nap! Current status is green, but I'm watching for it to go RED. ...

It appears that nobody is happy about this new payment system, including myself. The question is what do we do about. Everybody quitting and finding another job is not going to solve the problem. If MTs accept and take this type of pay system, it then sets the stage for other companies to start paying the same. Is this even legal? Are they allowed to pay us on performance? How do remote MTs form together to make a difference if they really want to?? ...

I'm am away from home with my laptop and need to work tomorrow morning. I thought I had Fluency 7.2 loaded on here, but I don't. It's version 7.1. I suspected this because I thought "I know I typed that correctly" but this time I saw it happen. I'm doing a standard report and typed metaphyseal awl, but Fluency changed it to metaphyseal scar, it just changed period. How does that happen? Lord have mercy, I really hate this system. ...

Loaded 7.4 on my own computer. Downloaded and put icon on desktop but I am unable to open it. I sometimes will have this problem if I load links from MM through IE. I used Chrome and FireFox but still unable to open... Spoke to techs in India and they said it is because I'm using my own computer and to contact a domestic tech through my TSM. You guys know so much so I thought I would send this out to you :) Anyone?? ...
