didn't do that anymore, yet I read on here that they still do. I guess it depends on who you deal with!

If you don't have MM equipment and want it I would - sm

ask your HDSM for MM equipment. They also supply a nice big flat screen monitor too.

I was brought on board at MModal through an aquisition and was using my own equipment for several years. When the mandatory LanDesk update issue occured in October, I asked my TSM for an MModal computer, and she immediately put in the request for one. It was delivered a week later. Just be aware that if you receive MModal equipment, you will not receive your final paycheck until every single item is returned to MModal and verified as complete and in good working order (including the surge protector strip).

they even provide foot pedal and headphones. If any of your equipment breaks or stops working and you can't work they still pay you for your scheduled shifts and they send the new stuff out next-day UPS. It's nice. :)
