DQS slow? - 12yrmt

Is anyone else having trouble with DQS moving slowly this morning? It's taking forever for the few jobs trickling in to download, ADT searches to run, etc. I've been having some internet issues, so I'm not sure if it's me or DQS.

Ever since buyout with Spheris. It was slowly running out of work before Spheris, but not it is ongoing. Only certain BOB's are being targeted, not all west coast of course as some have major accounts and have no problems, YET!

I was just kicked out of the system with a message about jobs not uploading properly, told that all of my files would be saved, and told that I would not be able to work again until job upload was functioning properly. DEP Now still shows green, but there was maintenance last night so I'm wondering if this is on their end again.

Anybody else sick of DQS sometimes taking forever to download a job and then being told that it is either our computer's fault or our internet connection?? My internet and computer has not changed since this started happening. However, it did start when they updated DQS, but, of course, that can't be the reason! ...

Every site having to do with MQ is as slow as molasses. Other Internet sites whiz along. Trying to check MQ E-mail, clock in, etc. is always a draaaaaaaaggggg. Is it their equipment or poor IT I wonder? Either way, once again makes you wonder about their accuracy on any of our numbers. Does their software "catch" everything or are some of my lines are flying past while it is dragging like a snail? ...

She is training me and I am producing a quality product, but I am so slow! Does anyone else have this problem? I can type a few words or a lengthy sentence, but the cursor is super slow and lags behind. Not only that, but the audio will just keep going until the cursor finishes "typing" what I did and will not respond to the foot pedal. I have told myself I would keep some kind of a diary recording the volume of work for different times of the year, yet have never actually done this. It seems as though work is unusually slow for the past couple of weeks, with only the odd busy time (usually at nights of course, when I start in the mornings). Hospital I work for just went from Dictaphone to Chartscript. My DSL (Frontier) is old and slow. When too many people are using the DSL, the speed slows WAY down and the jobs don't save. Fluency even slower in late afternoon. Now, I wait for ADT to pull in to accept a visit, but I can use Google within the platform with no issues. Now, I see it even adding to my inactive time. I know it is Fluency because all other electronics work fine. I logged off, clocked out, did a reboot, and could not log back in because it said either cannot connect to server or another user at a different location using same.
