Fluency too slow - anon

Fluency even slower in late afternoon. Now, I wait for ADT to pull in to accept a visit, but I can use Google within the platform with no issues. Now, I see it even adding to my inactive time. I know it is Fluency because all other electronics work fine. I logged off, clocked out, did a reboot, and could not log back in because it said either cannot connect to server or another user at a different location using same. I had to call DICK-TATE to have them do a reset. WTH!!!! This week is worse than last week. Am I alone here?

[ In Reply To ..]got waaaay better when I went ahead and upgraded to a fast machine. I think it's just a bloated piece of garbage now & it takes a lot more to run it. It used to take forever to even open the Fluency program & now it's fast. I didn't want to spend the money (actually put it on a credit card) when my other computer was just fine other than Fluency, but saving all that aggravation alone ended up being worth it....

[ In Reply To ..]Mine does this all the time too. I am running it on a good computer too. If you call support they always just tell you no one else has this problem, even though I know of several others who do. When it gets really slow like that I have to logout and then completely close the program and restart it, which almost always works. It takes some time, but it saves my sanity.

I have 2 jobs in limbo waiting to upload and 1 waiting to download. Also this morning, chunks of dictation are "missing" from ASR, so not only do we have to correct the crap that ASR has wrong, we also have to type in what it totally missed. For pennies! All my friends are retired now and here I sit working in an Indian sweatshop. Gawd!!!! Where did my life take such a wrong turn??!!!??? Just my personal rant this a.m. ...

Every site having to do with MQ is as slow as molasses. Other Internet sites whiz along. Trying to check MQ E-mail, clock in, etc. is always a draaaaaaaaggggg. Is it their equipment or poor IT I wonder? Either way, once again makes you wonder about their accuracy on any of our numbers.
