Being a holiday, I can't find anyone just yet to help me, but has anyone else had difficulty logging into olf eTransplus software (now with Medquist) to work??? TIA

Just lovely! I've tried a ticket, calling tech support at MQ and Etrans, but no one seems to know how to resolve this. I hate to call my team lead being a holiday and all, but I need to work. What to do??
