Benefit rate - sick and tired

I thought I was prepared for the benefit rate letter. As far as I could tell, my pay had been at least the same and once in a while actually a few dollars higher. So, how can my benefit rate go DOWN $1 PER HOUR??????????? I was prepared that it would not be higher, but I think this is just plain wrong. Like the other poster said - wouldn't I have noticed if I was making $80-88 per paycheck LESS (80-88 hours full time average at minus $1 per hour)?? What a bunch of hooey.

I'm more than a dollar down. It should have gone up, or at least I sould have noticed a cut in my paycheck. But no! I put in a ticket with support as the letter directed, and got a call this morning saying they checked, and the new rate is accurate. Like they'd say anything different!

Guess I could go back and calculate the whole 6 month period myself, but it would be a pain in the butt and probably nothing would change anyway.

Mine's down $3/hour, but I knew mine was going to go down. I had a great primary account, but it disappeared into the great blue yonder earlier in the year. I just can't seem to get my line counts up on this new account, even though I very rarely have to send to QA and type/edit my heart out.

Oh well....it can only get better =)

Most of those fancy mansions have lawns that are frickin NATIONAL PARKS. So, bring the fam, the tent and the barbee, and tell 'em it's the only place you can afford to live on MQ pay.

I've lost my house, my car and had to go bankrupt. My wages go down and down. I live in Michigan and can't even get a job at Walmart. I feel for everyone here.

Are you kidding me? Now I am down to $10 an hour for my benefit rate. I pulled out all my old rates and it shows a steady decline. Seriously, it CAN'T be all me. Apparently they count work availability hours in your benefit rate calculation so you are getting dinged for not being able to work. If I can't work, I shouldn't be dinged for it IMO. That is why mine went down $3.00 an hour, lots of no work issues. ...

They told me the amt I would get is the same as my benefit rate of four hours paid by mmodal so I guess I won't bother. It seems to be more of a pain than its worth. I will just take the benefit rate times four hours. Can't live on it but better than nothing. ...

Has anyone received a letter about calculating your new benefit rate? I have had the same rate since probably last spring. I don't think they are calculating them every six months even though they say they do. I went on vacay in June and I am making the same benefit rate now that I was then. That was 8 months ago.
