I had that yesterday so do I just put work availability - in fifteen minute increments (sm)

in TeamWork and they have to pay me right? I had work for 3 hours and then nothing for the rest of the day and I did check.

We are told we cannot file for unemployment but I am thinking maybe I should. I have flexed to the point that I'm exhausted.

And you should!!! There is no excuse for this. They overhired and sent more work overseas.

use PTO or take it unpaid.

I'm exhausted from flexing. I can't take it anymore. I am miserable and sick to my stomach, popping Xanax, and enraged all at the same time. I'm headed for a nervous breakdown.

Of course you can file, why on earth would you believe her and make yourself sick when you know fellow employees have filed and received it? You need to file ASAP.

I should file anyway I guess. I just figured that I do have some income so they may not feel I qualify.

New TSM said work avail is no longer valid to put down - Said no reason to be without work.

Is this new policy? Where is the work if no reason to be out. This makes no sense. I also asked about unemployment and was told not allowed either.

That is just so not true, they just dont want you filing. - you are entitled as an employee

They have to provide work, during our shift, or we can file. I have done it and they cannot tell you no.

Then your TSM is not doing her job and routing work to you.

They will say anything to get the desired results. Doesnt have to be - true just as long as MTs believe it. nm

you can only have one 15 minute NJA a day. - that is all you will get paid for. NM

make up time today but I am disgusted and just want the rest of the day without pay. I would rather take the day and be personally productive than to keep checking only to find no work for me to do. Totally unhappy with current company, but do love my shift. Most jobs advertised are for 2nd and 3rd shift. Anyone know of companies that would hire for very early morning or possible split shifts? I have been working third shift for about three months and am still having some trouble getting used to it. My question is do you work your shift then go to sleep or do you stay up until later in the afternoon and then sleep until your shift starts. many of us will be reassigned to 2nd or 3rd shift. If you are assigned and do not comply, you will be considered as having resigned.
