I am working as an MT with young children at home. I don't have set hours per se, but do have a quota to meet. I get frustrated with trying to make ends meet financially, but also being there for my family needs and responsibilities as well. For all the moms out there, How do you do it with kids and trying to work? I am in the situation of deciding on whether or not to keep paying daycare. I wanted to be at home and be more available to my kids. Becoming pretty much inactive, get up, login and work. Get off, turn on the TV and lay down or maybe spend a few hours on your favorite website. As far as making meals, they are far and few between because you eat in between working, breaks or just grab something totally unhealthy when you get off. For years, I NEVER got dressed. Worked in sweats, pulled my hair back and that was it.
