Does anyone know what (if anything) I am supposed to do with this information? The MTSO has NEVER been on time paying me, so this is no big surprise (payment was due April 1), but supposedly the ACH payment was made 2 days ago and she gave me a confirmation number, but I'm not sure what that means to me other than the fact that once again I will go into another weekend unpaid. I have been going back and forth on this, but doc says, "He was also found to be hypertensive. Patient's hypertension was managed by *anesthesia* and a 12-lead EKG was obtained." I have always been under the impression that when a department is used as an entity, such as "The patient was seen by the Pulmonary Department," that it would be capitalized. If it were "The patient was seen in the pulmonary department," it would not be capitalized.
