I am scheduled for an interview with AssistMed. Does anyone know if they have PTO? I can't seem to find any info. Any info would be helpful. THANKS!

I believe they only offer some type of health insurance. I don't recall any pto or 401k or anything of that nature, but don't quote me on that...I could be wrong. I know if you want time off, unpaid, you need to schedule it at LEAST 30 days in advance and it still has to be approved and you may not get it as requested, and even if approved, you may be penalized if you are demanded to work that day and you don't. They pretty much expect 24/7 coverage 365 days a year. Not willing to offer much in return.

shift, how is it legal for them to require we make up the time on another day, when we've already set aside time, clocked in, & wasted time when there was no work during our scheduled shift!! So, if this is legal, in theory they could just keep you on stand-by all the time for free until there's actually some work to do. How can they get away with this? I could see if they had let us know ahead of time, you'll be off on such-and-such day but have to substitut ...

MModal HAS to be in the Top 10 of the worst companies to work for. what they offer in terms of compensation with all the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the QA/MT positions. When you read it, it sounds like the person/persons they are looking for would bring a lot of experience and talent to their company.
