The last 2 weeks (pay period) have been my first pay period off training. I received a email today along with others because it wasn't just for me but other members of the region as well. It said that upon reviewing our ADP Timesavers that there was an issue with the number of hours not amounting to min. wage (7.25). I have to say the first 2 weeks off training on this new acct was not fun. There were some hard dictators, not all of them, but the ones that were took a significant amount of time. I feel by the 2nd week I had improved a little.
My QA scores are 99-100%. I also think I am taking too much time looking for blanks for the difficult ones. Also the cc names, looking for those, takes time. I am hoping I pick up a bit. At Nuance previously I did not have this issue. But then, I was used to the account and dictators so...
Anyways, we were advised to make sure our hours we put in were correct and only put in time for actually typing. We were advised to download a stopwatch on our desktop and when we stop to look up a blank to click on it to stop our time because only time "actually typing" can go toward our time. That is the first time I've been told to not include looking up blanks as time worked. That is going to be a pain stopping a stopwatch for blanks. Maybe this is just a learning curve. Hope so. Other than this, I am happy with Transcend. A lot of work I have to say. Wish me luck....:)
