Has anyone had makeup pay and if so, did - it turn into a problem? Meeting

I ended up with makeup pay on every check since my state raised minimum to 8.15. I never heard any complaints. I have always made way over minimum line count, so...what is wrong with this picture? I really don't think they can say or do anything if you are making your line count. They know that their line rate doesn't cover minimum line count for some if not most of us.

Stinks for real when you have to worry about losing your job because of meeting minimum wage.

I get minimum wage every pay period. The surprisingly never say anything. I do meet my 150 LPH. I live in Illinois and have one of the higher minimum wage amounts. I have been waiting for them to say something.

So what they are doing is paying minimum wage for this skilled job. - I guess they are happy to SM

Well, really, YOU are paying yourself most of that - minimum wage. MM just pays a small SM

bit to get you the rest of the minimum payment. So yep, MM must be very happy now. They are getting the work done for what? MAYBE $2.00 per hour? You are paying yourselves the rest.

I'm looking elsewhere but my options are limited. They wouldn't have to pay me that makeup pay if they would JUST STOP SWITCHING MY ACCOUNTS!! Or at least limit them! Also, how is it determined what pay tier you get? Is it by line count? I understand about the QC and quality scores affecting pay, but I don't get the tier is determined. ...
