I've never seen much POSITIVE about them.

They are strict on schedules, average to low average pay scale. Ease of lines depends on the account you work on. Platform(s) not that great.

The ONLY real positive is they have decent benefits.

Been there almost 2 months. Great platform Fusion - and love it

If anyone has ever typed in Fusion, you will not want to work on anything else. You can pull up old reports by dictator, patient, work type, etc. The accounts I am on are very easy, not many ESLs. They are Maine Hospitals. The pay is low 7 cpl but I am averaging over 2000 lines in an 8-hour shift. The PTO is 220 hours a year, and you can roll over half of those each year. Vacations are set at the first of the year and they are strict about that. They do give you the opportunity to ask your co-workers to switch days or holidays, etc for your or work in your place if you need to be off. They do pay weeks of training pain at 12 dollars an hour.

I worked there last year for about 9 months. LOVED THEM! Best company I ever worked for (I've worked for 6), but couldn't cut the mustard on QA. They require 98%, but there standards are very high. So wish I could have made it work. Benefits were excellent, 32.5 hours PTO in your 1st year, treated with respect by all management and QA, always available, and they didn't micromanage.

Yes, you did have to stick to a schedule, but I had freedom to take longer breaks, start a little earlier, etc. if necessary. Training was adequate, people were nice, account was easy, platform very productive, 250 to 300 lph. You could use word expanders or autocorrect if they loaded your entries into their server. You did have to use their equipment, and pay was decent compared to others. Not a lot of ESLs on my account, Oncology/Hematology and Orthopedics.

ORTHO HELP: Negative [s/l Fair] Sign, Negative Fabere Sign?
Jun 02, 2012

OK.....   It's an orthopedic chart note. Patient has a chief complaint of  hip pain. Dictated: He has a negative [s/l fair, fairs, varus?] sign, a negative fabere sign. It doesn't sound like fadir; I'm not hearing that "d." I already had to leave two medication blanks and hate to leave another one for an orthopedic sign that I feel like I should know! Thank you in advance for your help and ideas!   ...

Negative Posts
Jan 02, 2010

I honestly don't understand all the negative MTs on here.  It is very unprofessional to come on here and slam your company.  I have been an MT for over 10 years and have always made enough money and I'm proud of what I do and love the money I make, all while working from home.  I think most of these negative people are just people who aren't cut out for this profession and I wish they would realize that and go find something else to do.  Why would you put your ...

Another TTS Post...but This One Is Negative
Jun 30, 2014

Seriously. The account I'm on has apparently been having lots of critical errors, mostly number errors, lab values etc. So they sent out an email with an attached PDF with a crossword puzzle that we are required to do and turn in. WTF? Is this elementary school? And we are paid by the line. How do they plan to compensate us for our time doing the required crossword puzzle? I find it totally ridiculous.  I can't even bring myself to open the attachment to look at the crossword p ...
