I have been looking for an hourly QA job for a while now and realizing that I made 18,000 last year with a good education and lots of experience really put the emphasis on how much I want to go hourly. I am (I think) good at what I do and pride myself on accuracy. Editing offshore work on production pay isn't working for me at my current position because the reports are a mess and take FOREVER. At any rate, I've sent out about 8 resumes so far in the last 3 weeks with no replies and then I noticed Superior Global Solutions was hiring for QA, but they do not mention the compensation in their ad. I see negative posts about them, but honestly, I could do ESL and bad reports all day long, as long as I could take my time and do them right and maintain accuracy. Does anyone have any information as far as QA compension and benefits? I saw some old posts from 2006-2007 about pay not being on time. Has this improved? Thanks so much!
