How is Superior Global Solutions out TX - to work for?

I'm looking for a new, hopefully good, company to apply to. Can anyone share their thoughts on how Superior Global Solutions out of Plano, TX is to work for? I'd like to know things like QA conisistency, team lead helpfulness, pay scale and fairness, pay on time, PTO or vacations, etc. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Pay was on time, always someone on if I needed anything, QA feedback was fast and fair, my emails and phone calls weren't ignored, the pay was low, but that's the standard these days, easy platform, though maybe a little slow, and they had me on 2 accounts that had lots of ESLs and rarely ran out of work.

I'd still be there if my personal situation had been different.

Hi. I have worked with them for a year now. The pay could be better, but it's about what the going rate everywhere is. They always pay on time, DD or check, which ever you prefer. The platform I work on is editscript, which is good. The work is mostly editing. I prefer straight, but that's hard to come by, so I have another job this is just straight. I don't mind editing, though. My team lead is wonderful. Always answers quickly, never with an attitude, wants to be helpful and is. This is my 3rd company, and by far, the QA is most consistent here than any I've had personal experience with elsewhere. If you are full time, you get 8 hours a month PTO. If you are PT, 4 hours a month PTO. You can even use them on holidays as long as you get your request in early enough. We have an IM system, and you are given the names of QA on your accounts, and someone is always there to help. I am on 4 accounts, and I never run out of work. Ever. They offer nice incentives here and there when an account is new or the backlogs are high, and that is always nice. I don't like that they send work overseas and that they don't pay the best and that they have mostly editing, but everything else is pleasant and professional. The speakers aren't so bad, and they don't give you a hard time if you have to leave blanks. Overall, good company. I will stick with them for now!

I cannot for the life of me figure out whether Superior Global Solutions out of Plano, Texas offshores or not. There is a sentence on their web page that says "....and US and internationally based labor", and I have searched high and low on the web for any kind of good or bad about them and can find nothing! I recently interviewed for this company. Spoke with a recruiter and hiring manager. They were offering 2nd and 3rd shifts. They provide 12 PTO days per year to be used after the first 3 months, 401 K, and benefits. The accounts they offered me were 100% domestic; however, they do off-shore some of their other accounts.
