Any NEW information on Superior Global Solutions or Transcend? - just wondering

Everything I seem to find in the archives is rather old and would like something more current. Feel free to email me. Anything at all on either of these companies that is current would be great! Thanks in advance

If you are not a mind reader, you'll be miserable at SGS. Their QA people will hen peck you to death. They contradict each other, they nit pick over the stupidest things, i.e. there should be a comma here, there shouldn't be a comma here, blah blah blah....They are beyond rediculous. Probably the worst place I've ever worked!

I applied with them several months ago and was astounded by the lack of professionalism of the person on the telephone. I decided that if they were this unprofessional (and gramatically challenged!) on the phone, I would not want to work for them. The image they presented on the phone was really amateurish.

I've told this story before here, but in case the OP didn't find it in the threads...

I was hired by them and ordered a new computer (which I needed anyway) and made sure it met their specifications. Got the A-OK from their IT department and was told by K to call them as soon as it arrived so they could get me up and running. Apparently, this was to be a PM shift on a really big account (not sure if it was a new or existing account but they needed MTs ASAP).

Got the computer in about 3-5 days, emailed K to let her know.

And emailed her again the next day.

And the NEXT day.

Called and left her 3 voicemails over a 2-day period. No response. No response to emails, either.

Took the other job offer I had and ran as fast as I could and never looked back.

It all worked out for the best, as I love the job I've had for the past 1-1/2 years when SGS didn't bother to acknowledge my existence.

Good luck if you go with them..."flaky" is an understatement, in my opinion.

I worked about 3-4 weeks for SGS. The people were really really nice. The pay was on time. The problem lies with too many Q.A. people and all having different opinions and no one agreeing on the same thing. They nick-picked me to pieces. I had a job come up today and it was a STAT. I recently interviewed for this company. Spoke with a recruiter and hiring manager. They were offering 2nd and 3rd shifts. They provide 12 PTO days per year to be used after the first 3 months, 401 K, and benefits. The accounts they offered me were 100% domestic; however, they do off-shore some of their other accounts.
