This post is dated 11/3/10 just so we are clear.

I would like to say that I currently work for Superior Global and I LOVE IT.

If you don't make money, well thats your deal, because I can tell you that I make great money. I have been doing this from home for 5 years and this is the best money I have ever made.

They have NEVER held a check, they have NEVER not paid me, bounced a check or any of those other things I have read. In fact, they usually send the check a few days early! The insurance is fantastic.

I also LOVE my supervisor. Very organized, very helpful, very flexible. I started on an account I wasn't thrilled with, I told her and she replaced it with a very good account that I really enjoy.

In short, I LOVE MY JOB AT SUPERIOR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS and plan on being here to stay. If you read those other posts, I believe they are previous employees scorned. As far as the HR lady "K" I love her too. Not a flake. If you didn't get a response after your test, then guess what, YOU FAILED. DUH! Of course they won't contact you after that.

They are also currently hiring if you are looking for good full time work. You can e-mail me personally and ask me anything else if you like.

If you think I am a high up there or something, I'm not. I'm a grunt MT. I make 0.08 for straight and around 0.04 for recognition, I'm not a rich person, I just love my job.

and far from great. It sounds as if with 5 years under your belt you must have gotten your production up nicely, though. Do they perchance offer an incentive pay scale that boosts the 8 and 4 significantly?

I DID pass their not-so-difficult test, oh high-and-mighty one, and K offered me a firm position and a starting date. SHE failed by not returning my telephone calls or emails when I was ready to start. She had hired me to start and issued a start date 7-10 days out from the offer, as I had ordered a new computer and was awaiting its delivery. I still have the email correspondence with her in my files.

Crawl off of your high horse. Just because YOU got "lucky" (ahem) and were hired by them doesn't mean they don't totally flake at times.

Get your facts straight before you post here sounding like the fruitloop you probably are. If you're their typical employee, I can certainly breathe a sigh of relief K didn't return my calls. Ugh.

Hope you're thick skinned for the beating that lies ahead from their relentless, pathetic QA people. And I hope you got more than 20 minutes of traning too before you're thrown into the snake pit! They are the worst of the worst, period.

When I was not. I emailed her and told her she never hired me. She repeatedly told me I was hired and never returned her phone calls, so I am ineligible to be re-hired. Another recruiter also tried to hire me, but special "K" refused stating I was already hired and never returned her phone calls. What a piece of work she is. I emailed her to exhaustion trying to explain to this nit with, I was never hired. Whoever do not get hired by this company, consider yourself blessed.

I've been working for SGS for a few years now and I am satisfied. I have no problem with "K" in HR or QA. I guess SGS is a good fit for me at this time. They pay on time, every time. Has direct deposit, PTO, offers insurance and good schedules to work.

and makes me wonder if MTStars charges to post ads under the Job Seekers section, and this is their way of getting around it: "They are also currently hiring if you are looking for good full time work. You can e-mail me personally and ask me anything else if you like." Really? Okay... how about I e-mail you, and you tell me what SGS has to offer. Lemme guess... 8/4 cpl. Yeah... that's really great money. There is NO WAY that someone has been with a company for 5 years and makes 8/4 unless they are not very good at what they do or they were a newbie hired at an extremely low line rate. These substandard line rate offers for experienced MTs are a recent trend, and that great-paying 8/4 you're making means that you haven't seen a rate increase in 5 years or have taken a pay cut. You should be ANGRY at that line rate! Either way, it just makes SGS look sillier. Nice try.

I worked about 3-4 weeks for SGS. The people were really really nice. The pay was on time. The problem lies with too many Q.A. people and all having different opinions and no one agreeing on the same thing. They nick-picked me to pieces. I had a job come up today and it was a STAT. Passed their tests. They wrote me a congratulatory email and a phone call that told me I passed. Told me I needed Word 2003 (do you know how HARD it is to get Word 2003 anymore?). I recently interviewed for this company. Spoke with a recruiter and hiring manager. They were offering 2nd and 3rd shifts. They provide 12 PTO days per year to be used after the first 3 months, 401 K, and benefits. The accounts they offered me were 100% domestic; however, they do off-shore some of their other accounts.
